Specialized Support

Therapy for the experiences that change everything.

Grief and trauma can affect far more than how you feel. They can change your sense of safety, identity, relationships, functioning, and the way you experience everyday life.

BEREAVEMENT & LOSS OF A LOVED ONE

Support following the death of a spouse or partner, parent, child, sibling, family member, friend, or other significant person.

TRAUMATIC & SUDDEN LOSS

Specialized support following homicide, suicide, sudden or unexpected death, and other losses involving traumatic circumstances.

PREGNANCY & INFANT LOSS

Therapy for adults grieving miscarriage, stillbirth, abortion, and other pregnancy or infant losses.

CAREGIVER & ANTICIPATORY GRIEF

Support while caring for someone with a serious, progressive, or life-limiting illness and while anticipating a significant loss.

SUDDEN DISABILITY

Support following an unexpected disability or major change in functioning, including grief related to identity, independence, roles, and the life that was expected.

A DIFFERENT WAY TO APPROACH HEALING

You don’t have to explain away what changed you.

Some losses leave a clear before and after. Whether you’re grieving the death of someone you love, adjusting to a life-altering change, or carrying the impact of a traumatic loss, therapy can provide space to process what happened and what you need now.

Treatment is individualized, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-informed approaches that honor both your experience and your goals.

EMDR FOR TRAUMATIC GRIEF

When talking about it isn’t enough.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based psychotherapy approach that can support the processing of traumatic grief and distressing memories that continue to feel emotionally or physically present.

For some clients, EMDR may be incorporated into regular therapy. Others may benefit from an EMDR intensive—an extended session format that provides dedicated time for focused trauma processing.
